Creating magical objects really isn't easy. You have to have a peaceful environment, the right tools and ingredients, the right state of mind, and a lot of time.

Andreas is something of a expert when it comes to making... *interesting* magical objects, and he's found that levitating while working on his smaller pet projects helps him concentrate immensely.

Here we see him engraving a series of runes and glyphs onto a paired set of rings, which will serve as the base for the complicated enchantments he will put into it later. Laying a good groundwork is key when making lasting enchantments.

As for what the rings does... well... it involves dimensional magic. I can tell you that much. They're for a special lady-friend of his, and it's going to be a surprise.
