Ah, quite true. So that's THREE reasons she's unqualified:
1) She wants to be a Powerpuff for selfish reasons.
2) She failed an on the job test. Kept yelling at them, and complained about their methods, which where the proper ones.
3) She doesn't have the eyes. That's a real deal killer right there.
