So I'll bet you're wondering why I haven't posted scribbles in awhile.

Of course if you're looking at the pic above you may have already figured out the reason. Yes, I made the mistake of playing Minecraft. I should not have been told about this game. I'm the kind of person who can lose a week to Harvest Moon, give me something with more freedom and I'm just doomed.

DOOMED.

So what I've spent oh who knows how long at this point doing is making a 1:1 (ish) scale space shuttle prepped for launch on its mobile launch platform. Obviously it's not fully completed, the engine nozzles are missing on the shuttle as well as the umbilical towers.

The worst part is I only play in "Survival" mode, so I dig up the materials. I can't even begin to give a guess as to how many sheep I had to punch to make the orbiter and boosters.

You know, I think I'll blame Lego for this. I tried to get the new shuttle kit and the store was out of stock at the local mall. So now look what's happened!

As a side note, having never seen a space shuttle in person (I MUST rectify this before they're retired!) I never had an appreciation for how big the things are. I am sufficiently awed and my brain nearly turned inside out pondering the fact that the Saturn V is close to three times as big!
