Aw Joanna... you are about to make me cry. Thank you so much for this, and for those incredibly kind words. It means so much to me to know you think so highly of me. I've been so down lately, hearing this really brought a smile to my face and helped make my day that much more bearable.

I am so happy you are around again and that we are back in touch. I have always admired you as well, you were always so wonderful to me for all the years I've known you.

This picture is beautiful!! It's so crazy to see how much you have grown as an artist! I remember one of those oooold drawings you did of SW and your old fursona... it's crazy to compare the two! I loved your work then, don't get me wrong, but it's so cool to see how far you've come!

SW looks BEAUTIFUL! I love her pose, she looks so sweet and kind, yet sassy and put together with her arms crossed like that. Her eyes are so lovely, and I really like how you did her glasses! I don't know what you colored this with but whatever it is, I love it! The shading is so lovely, especially on the hair! You got all of her markings perfect, and even made her extra floofy which I love! XD Gah again, back to those eyes I just love how you shaded them!! And she's wearing purple, nothing better than that!

I am so glad that you like it and thank yooou for the kind words!! I don't think I have progressed much honestly so to hear that means a lot. When I stopped drawing I think I lost a lot of what I had. It's hard for me to draw my characters really. I try but sometimes it doesnt work =( So I like to do gifts where I can <333

Also this is digital! I'm pretty much all digital now, which is totally new to me. My markers are all but dead and dried up mostly, so traditional media is something I can't really afford to do much of anymore sadly =/ I like digital but I think my heart will always be with my markers. They are just so expensive!! So I hope to learn more of digital art but its kinda hard when I dont know next to anything, and drawing is already kind of..hard to get motivated to do XD;

But thank you I am really glad you enjoyed this, I loved drawing it! I love your characters so much, I need to draw more of them. They are all just so wonderful! :D

I think this is incredible digital work!! I am curious what program you used, is it photoshop?? I haven't tried digital work in so long I don't know if I'd remember how!

You should give yourself more credit, you have improved drastically! It's hard to see the improvement on your own, I know I am the same way. I draw so little now that when I do I feel so rusty and I feel like I haven't gotten any better, but then I hear other people say that hey can see improvements. We are our own toughest critics!

I'd love to see you draw some of your characters again, I know you say it's hard for you but you should really give it a try. You always had such awesome ones!

This is Sai painter! I understand its one of the easier programs to work and handle. Its what Nando uses and he gives me pointers here and there :D (He should post a tutorial online! I should ask him haha) But lots of it is just trial and error!

I try to get my head back into my characters, but for some reason I just feel more distant and not connected to them as much as I used to be =( Sad but true...

In anycase I shall keep trying and pushing! Your words mean a lot to me! Thank you so much for the complements, and I 100% agree to "We are our own toughest critics!" My thoughts exactly. I can tell you have improved a lot as well :) Your art looks great!
