The MiG31 Foxhound is a dogfight/modernization upgrade block version of the MiG25 Foxbat whose purpose in design was to intercept and destroy Blufor U-2 and SR-71 spyplanes. Although strictly high altitude spyplanes, the SR71 is rumored to have used its sonic booms as psychological warfare over enemy positions and meetings.

Foxyhound herself has a single kill on a Blackbird that was terrorizing the village she was sworn to protect after deserting the Project, taking over its nickname Star Dragon.
