Yet ANOTHER Sonic Adventure style fusion! This Piplup is fused with the penguin pickup from SA1! I was originally going to give it the palette from SA2's penguins.. But it was a bit too close to what regular ol' Piplups already have going on, so this felt a bit more unique! I like how a more natural palette looks on Piplup! And.. boy I've been enjoying these angry eyebrows lately! Haha
