So I had actually been thinking of Cipher and his versatility, and the idea popped in my head that there was not a better gender fluid capable character than Cipher.

Here's lady Cipher! I imagine this form is used when she wants to have fun with it, but Cipher will always default to his regular male form. I imagine quite well Cipher would be a lady when she wants to be really cuddly with Jake to make him all flustered hehehe
