Rei is definitely a character whom deserves to have more tickle art. A handsome, muscular tiger-man whom just wears an open sleeveless jacket and whose footwear shows off his toes would make for a tempting target. He's also another character whose turned out looking great in your style.
I imagine this perhaps being a part of Rei's training exercises out in the wilderness, seeing if he can dodge or sneak past the mushrooms without getting caught. I imagine he finds it a good workout as well.
