Very nice. That looks like a two part pour plastic? How do you prevent it from pooling in the low points of the mould?

I don't really. If I keep on top of it then it's smoother inside but as long as it's strong enough I don't really care.

I like how the jaws are done on the face castings. That would definitely make it much easier to build a moving jaw this way.
