- Laterius have a signature squeak they make, much like a mouse, just more vocal sounding. I know it's not easy to show such, but if you decide to add other images of the character, you might want to have one with them squeaking at some point.

- Laterius will puff up their tail when scared, aroused, or surprised. The growth tends to be 3 times larger than its normal size. With some training a Laterius can learn to puff up their tails at will, thus using them as a pillow or to soften a large fall.

- Laterius will enter a rather powerful heat cycle once a month, which will normally last between 24-48, and in rare cases 72 hours. At this time their hair will grow 7-11 feet in a single night, and they will also have a major boost to their immune system.

- Laterius produce extremely powerful pheromones, that can cause those of other species to become aroused if exposed to them for long stretches of time. These pheromones are much more potent when the Laterius in question is in heat, causing those around them to nearly enter a state of sexual frenzy. This affects both Males and Females of the species. Herm's produce a completely different pheromone from the other genders of their species. Their pheromones, instead of causing one to enter a state of chaotic arousal, they enter a more calmed state of arousal. Due to this, Herms of the species don't have as bad of a time with their heat cycles. They also can use their scent, to lessen the intensity of male and female Laterius' heat cycles.

- Laterius are normally not very tall, in fact they tend to be rather short and petite, with males and females having more of an androgynous body type. For females, they tend to have smaller breast, but larger bottoms (Applebottoms/Ghetto Bottoms). Males tend to have wide hips, slender shoulders and similar bottoms, they tend to be considered Femboy. The majority of the species are around 4' 9" to 5' 1". In the rare cases they aren't of this height, they tend to be quite tall, 6' - 6' 6" ,for both male and females, with females of this height tending to have larger breast (D cup and above).

- Laterius are outstandingly agile, and make for amazing runners, and very adept at martial arts as well as Parkour (a.k.a freerunning). They also tend to be quite intelligent from an early age, so much so that their average I.Q. is around 130-150.
