Cyphin's relationship with Sogrid was one that had existed since the two of them were still squeaks learning about the world. While Sogrid faced a degree of ostracization from others for her innate necromantic talents and her skull face, Cyphin never saw it as anything besides just a part of who she was, as far as he was concerned, it was cool.
As adults, this bond between the two of them only ever grew stronger. The others in his warren besides his friends in Fia and the Hydra triplets think him an odd one, both for his fairly more liberal views on the other breeds of Zorgoia and for how his unique magic developed, which may involve shapeshifting or growing entirely new body parts for limited periods to execute his Blue Magic.
Still, alone in the forests of Veldram, the two giants snuggle up to each other, Cyphin raining nothing but affection on his spooky mate, while Sogrid snuggles and re-assures her shapeshifting partner.
The two of them were perfectly happy to be strange together.Spooky is a "type", right?
Even before we started dating, me and Taku paired these two off because they were both odd in different ways compared to your usual Zorgoia, even by Zorgoia's pretty wild and out there standards. She's just her to him, and he's just him to her, I think it makes for a precious and adorable relationship.
Corganda made this look super pretty, would definitely recommend them for similar stuff!
