Phantom's neice, Ghost. Ghost is Phantom's sister's daughter, with a male who had some issues with his insides; a hereditary disease that causes certain parts of the body to decay, usually from the inside-out. So Ghostie has a very odd discoloration on her sides from the effects of the disease, which is eating her lungs.

But I really love how her design turned out. 8D
