Messin' with that pencil sketch + rough digital color thing some more. Also a little bit of an update to commissar's design. He's just gonna mimic me IRL and wear his hair a lot shorter from now on. Lizard hair loss hur hur.

Pretty cool. I especially like the lighting job. It's also interesting to see non-maintream animals get anthro love. Anything but button-up shirts are likely a pain to put on for him.

I like to think the frills are a bit more flexible and could allow for other shirts, but yeah, button ups would be a bit easier.

Flexible as they may be, that's still additional mass to fit through the hole. Still, if he smoothed them dowm completely, I suppose he could slip on other shirts, though he'd then had to work the frill back out from under the shirt.

hahah. well it's not really "complicated" just the tiny details you give him, that make him.. who he is? ...like the wrinkles around the eyes, the way his tail moves, the way he expresses emotion, etc. I like that he has a recipe that isn't too over the map to make him a very defined "Real" character.
