Dazed when hit with Water: Her robotic arm is not waterproof and is, quite frankly, and outdated piece of shit. When it's removed, she's fine and can swim, shower, etc. When it's attached, if the arm is exposed to water it shocks her. It's the only way to get around Volt Absorb.

Speed penalty: Pretty obvious, you're not gonna be so fast when you're on three legs.

She has an anthro form, just didn't feel like drawing it.
