This one has been on the backlog for a while, so I'm asking less than usual to split the difference.
Claim in comments.
Once payment is received, the owner will receive the original file, non-watermarked. They will own the character and be able to name, alter, do whatever they wish with said character. I only ask to be credited for the artwork itself if it is reposted by the owner.
I however, reserve the right to post/share the watermarked art for example and portfolio use.
Listed Below are any edits or add-ons available. If you would like to add-on or purchase edits, but cannot afford it all at once, I can accept them and allow you to pay the design's price as a down payment!
