As the cobra is swaying to the music, it turns into a belly dancer, who happens to be Gretchen dressed as a harem girl with a red veil around her mouth and a navel jewel which is a red ruby, especially with her hair let down and she begins her belly dancing for McGee who watches in amazement. She winks knowing he is watching her performance before dancing closer to him until she's close enough to him so she can dance and let him see her navel jewel while he watches her dance, entranced by a gleam from her bejeweled belly button.
