Successfull first run of sergal foam head casts!
The foam is relatively dense to be able to keep the sharp shapes so commonly associated with the shape of a sergal head, while still being soft and light enough to be comfortable.

These will support a moving jaw and the vision will be excellent if mesh is used for the entire eye.

Foam casting and further testing to resume in July due to being very busy with work.

Surplus casts are being considered to be put up for sale once thew following is done:
- Finished casting sergal foam headbases.
- Completed further testing to achieve "snappy" jaw movement, and document this such that potential buyers can easily replicate it.
