Dustbite (Squeaky) was chosen by the gods to be the new Grim Reaper after Black Death (current reaper) abused his power. He is put on Earth in a place known as Rhyesville as a mortal. This is a test to see if he is able to fulfill his tasks for his new assigned position. He later meets Mangy, Orion, and Roger and they help him with his reaping job. He must balance this out with band and family life. It is quite the challenge for him.
