What!? I'm the first to comment on this!? How is that possible, she's SO CUTE!! XD
Y'know it's weird, come to think of it I don't think I've EVER had a Strawberry milkshake! O_o
Anyway, I'm living this girl's design. The style of the hair, the pink with the blue eyes, it all comes together very well! And the anatomy is pretty good to! Excellent work!

The best things always take time to make. Shoot, most of my drawings can take several hours for me to finish the lineart alone! ^^;
But the effect is worth the pacience.
Like this peice for example:

This took me AGES to finish, but it's worth it, no?

All it takes is practice. And knowing some basic perspective.
I would recomend a book to you. It's called "How To Draw Manga" by Ben Dunn and it's published by Antartic Press, copyright 2004.
It's pretty general and basic about the Manga art style, but the same techniques can be applied to other styles as well! And it has a pretty decent chapter on backgrounds and perspective.
I've been drawing for nearly 20 years strait! *starting from when I was 2* XD So I've had a lot of practice. I'm REALLY good with mechanical work, trains and Steampunk happen to be a specialty of mine. Check out my gallery and see for yourself.
(though I need to start putting mor Furry work in there, I am a furry artist after all!) ^^;
