Regue is a Wooper is a Pokemon OC in the Pokemon universe. Primarily, He is a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon OC, taking parts of the storyline in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 (Explorers of Sky), including storyline that deals with the Final Boss and the Post Game Final Boss of PMD2. He is a friend of Shinxstone's, Fritzolu, and Vona, knowing them well upon the Pokepaws team. Majorly, he is a water powerhouse--despite his size and never evolving, he is a very strong Wooper who has taken down foes 10 times larger than he is before. Other times, he serves as an inventory holder, too.

Personality: Can be sarcastic, can be silly, and loves to toss around jokes to get everyone to laugh.

Appearance: A Wooper with small tips of hair (somehow) on each side, wears brown and yellow heavy boots, yellow scarf, and a brown bag. Has a Master Rank badge on his chest.
Hobby: Keeping the team safe with good amounts of items, and further training himself to keep his status as a water and ground powerhouse for the team. He also enjoys exploration with his friends, especially in water based areas.
Likes: He likes combo attacks and seeing his friends take down enemies; has a great taste for justice and jokes both alike. Loves to be with his friends half the time, especially down in Spinda's cafe. He also loves swimming and sight seeing.
Dislikes: Malicious Pokemon, girly things such as obtaining cooties and whatnot, and does not enjoy yellow gummi drinks. Hates pranks that also go over the top.
