Her original name being Velvet Zorua, this young Zorua encounters a psychopathic outlaw Pokémon, who went to kidnap, devour, and then revive Velvet with a Food-Orb and Reformation Orb simultaneously. This gave her a gelatinous jello-like body, fulfilling the evil captor’s desires. However, after the outlaw was killed by a Espeon, Velvet was rescued by an Espeon named Fritz. The Espeon decided to help her, give her a home, and give her a new name; Vedca. With her new powers, she now wonders about her life, her love life, and the future she has now that she's saved. Despite her terrible past, she is fairly cheerful and isn't too bothered all the time like most would be.

Vedca's jello body grants her elasticity, similar to One Piece's Luffy—and also is notably gooey as well when hit with heat. Because her organ no longer exist, her body also serves as a permanent storage space for items and food, functioning as a walking inventory accessible to anyone including herself. Vedca is also immortal. If you were to cut her head off, she’d have the ability to simply grow a new head back. The only way she could die is if she is entirely eliminated, as one single drop of her on the floor could simply cause her to reform.

Personality: Can be fairly sarcastic, has a genuine sweetheart, and can be a bit of a goofball when she wants to be. She normally speaks serious and slow with a gentle tone and kindly declines things she doesn't like or wish to talk about.
