This is a scene from a spin off story of some Draco's antagonists.
When a fire entity from the Magic Age get awoken and start to burn the few fauna, flora and villages in the lands of sand it draws the attention of some exiled felines. After a fight they succeed to separate its head from the body, breaking its conscience and saving the lands from its wrath. They now have to convince one of them she can't keep the head as a trophy just "because it's cool".
