In my headcanon, after the events of the movie, Diane Foxington convinced Mr. Wolf to earn money in a good, honest way, so he volunteered for a paid medical experiment to see if a male could gestate with an artificial womb. Diane is the mother because her DNA is the closest match to Mr. Wolf’s DNA. After it was a success, he loved the thought of being a dad and carried out the rest of the pregnancy like normal.
When alone, Mr. Wolf likes getting naked and just laying down on the couch, playing with his belly. He loves to pat it and watch how it shakes/jiggles, causing the baby to stir. I’m sure if you asked nicely, he’d love to cuddle with you.
