After the horror and devastation brought about by the Conglomerate invasion of Earth was over, several survivors who saw with their own eyes the sacrifice made by both the heroes of that time such as the Delta Squadron and the Sagittarius Defenders and by ordinary people who gave their lives to make their loved ones escape the war safely, took the initiative to honor their actions and never be defenseless again in the face of another conflict.
Those who with the fervor of war learned to fight taught the others, as well as taking advantage of the residual technology left behind by the alien invaders to develop new advanced creations that would help them fight and defend, forming a new group apart from CASE or any known government agency, one that would act as discreet as possible because apart from not wanting to be propaganda they wanted to give a clear message of unity and strength to the rest of the population, something that anyone who wanted to could join as long as they were not blinded or corrupted by selfish and unjust ideas, the so-called Havok Armada.
While CASE after a thorough inspection of the vigilantes' operations realized that they were no threat to be considered as they managed to prevent new terrorist factions and remnants of the Conglomerate from taking action before a new problem occurred, they were not stopped from monitoring them from what they could see within their reach in case they would one day take extremist or unethical actions beyond killing dangerous targets who could potentially get out of jail at some point, providing them with technology and data from time to time as they saw them more as good allies who became even smarter and more sensible than them sometimes
The Havoks kept a great respect and comradeship among their members, so much so that in the missions it is vital that all members remain as coordinated as possible avoiding casualties or failures in the plan, considering themselves brothers, and allowing anyone who has some combat experience and is not corrupt to join their group, both zoosapiens and humans, Terragen and androids that have been abandoned by their leaders, seeking to teach an ideal of hope and unity to society to not stand idly by before a new threat.
Claire Vulpin, part of the current leaders after 200 years of major development and crisis averted by the Havoks is the youngest leader so far having come from a lineage of soldiers of the group now faces a real threat from the events that occurred in the space stations shot down by the Kor'vlann and their invasion of Earth, but with the knowledge of his legacy and the help of CASE and other new vigilantes he has made the Havok Armada strike critical blows to the new threat, becoming a powerful defense for the planet that is ready to act.
