Epic win kitteh!!! Poor Shenro! But, you can't blame Tremor. Kittehs love the gym! Rocky (mah kitteh) hangs out with me when I lift and has jumped on my belly when benching. Only a little distracting! Perhaps Tremor is just SAVING Shenro from being distracted?

Could be worse. Does he "knead" while doing so? XD

My other cat, Spot (named after and looked identical to Data's cat Spot on Star Trek) was the kneader. Rocky just stands on me and stares right into my eyes. Sometimes it is the 'Evil Kitten Death Glare' and sometimes it is the 'Why You Keep Moving That Bar Up And Down Instead Of Petting Meh' look.

The funniest, though, was when my ex-wife and I used to work out together and while she was doing a Pilates thing on her exercise ball, Rocky was laying on top of a POTATO on the floor, trying to mimic her! We kept potatoes downstairs to keep them fresh. Nearly dropped the bar on my chest when I turned and saw him and busted out laughing!
