Yeesh, that's really bad. Sorry about that! I am considering exploring alternatives to Indy Planet since they seem to be struggling with turnaround times lately too. Although I'm not sure I'll find anyone who can ship internationally for much cheaper. I remember when I shipped out a handful of CF books last year it cost me around $22-$25 in most cases. I stuck them in a sturdy cardboard box though. I wonder if there's a POD service that operates in Europe.
