When Grom is not experimenting or off finding magical power or artifacts, he loves nothing more than to stuff his face, preferably with delicious sea food, and find a nice magical cave to lay in while he stuffs his body with more magical power. He then performs simple experiments and works on his tomes, where he records his magical knowledge or organizes his notes for experiments he has done. The soothing growing sensation he adores so much helps him keep focused and relaxed while he works.

VERY lorge toad mage here. Even at work, Grom loves to stuff himself silly. His magical ability lets him do what he pleases no matter how huge he gets.
