P-Balloon storms are a rare but dangerous occurrence, anyone who touches one will start to blow up, and the more they hit, the faster they expand!~ Something that me and a whole bunch of my (fictional) friends ended up learning, not the hard way, but the TIGHT way~
Someone better go help them, they seem pretty close to their limits~

(This is quite an old pic, so its not the most polished, but GOD I abswellutely love it and I feel like it'd be a crime not to post it anywhere~ I'll get around to gradually posting pics for each of these guys over time~)
