Captain Fox did tickle Rick on his last birthday and did end up getting tickled by Rick himself after losing that dice wager so of course it's going to come round again that Rick ends up getting tickled and his father as well.
Though with stealing that amulet from Trevor, I wonder if Captain Fox would have the full knowledge of it's powers or control of them. Seeing that there's someone lurking in the background I wonder whether the pirate captain might end up being robbed of the amulet himself or losing control over it's powers.
