It has been about two years since Martin captured his brother Timmy, His girlfriend Jenny, along with two Titanic stowaways named Topconners and Ronnie. All four have been imprisoned deep within the basement of NIMH. Jenny has been completely hypnotized by Martin to tease and torment Timmy (after breaking up with him in exchange for his older brother). Martin elected to keep her restrained just in case she breaks his hypnotic hold. The sounds of shrieks and frustrated shouts were like music to Martin's ears.
As much as he enjoyed his prisoners, Martin dreamed of downsizing his dungeon and enjoying his captive brother. He quickly called the warden from the Atlantis prison for the Insane who eagerly agreed to collect the two brown mice and keep them confined for life. As Ronnie and Topconners were marched away in chains, Martin turned to Timmy and Jenny and decided they needed more secluded holding cells.
