Well, she's appeared a few times before, but now, we finally get a full-body pic dedicated to the oldest Williams sister!

Real name "Sabrina Williams," Dizzy is the oldest of the Williams sisters. While smart and logical, she operates on a distinctive brand of logic that typically only makes sense to her. For example, her room is an absolutely cluttered mess with no signs of ever being cleaned, but she can always find whatever she’s looking for with no issues whatsoever. Should her room actually be cleaned, she’d be hopelessly lost. Despite her eccentricities, she's probably the nicest of the Williams family barring Nicole herself, being an incredibly friendly and compassionate individual who looks out for her younger sisters.

Skills, Abilities, and Hobbies
Engineering Ability: Despite seeming like a plain ditz - and being a notoriously crazy driver - Dizzy is actually a tech-savvy gearhead who can often be found tuning and tinkering with vehicles in her spare time. This has actually come in handy on a few occasions.
Strength: Despite her appearance, Dizzy is stronger than she looks and is physically the second strongest member of her family. She's at least strong enough to carry all of her sisters and even her mother with ease, and is likewise able to pick up both Xavier and Aaron at once.
Musical Talent: She also seems to be the family musician, as she's able to play the flute to a sort of Pied Piper effect, and she's noted to have a lovely singing voice, unlike the tone-deaf Rosalyn.
Healing Magic: While not as dedicated a mage as Nicole, Dizzy does have some ability as a spellcaster, though in her case, she's more of a healer (think of her as the White Mage to Nicole's Black Mage).
Martial Arts: While she doesn't fight that much compared to the other characters, Dizzy, like all her sisters, has been trained in martial arts by her mother. In fact, she's actually the highest-ranking of the four and has the second-highest rank of the family, behind only Rosalyn herself (she's still quite a ways below her level, though).

Trivia
Dizzy's nickname is something that Aly came up with one day, and Dizzy herself decided to roll with it.
She hates closed-toe shoes and will only wear them if necessary.
Despite being a college graduate and well into her 20s, Dizzy still doesn't have her driver's license. Reports of her driving suggest that her driving style breaks several kinds of laws, including safety laws, road laws, and the laws of physics.
Her family has gotten so used to her eccentricities that they know how to deal with them. For example, when someone gives Dizzy instructions or something else to pass on to the rest of her family, she often gets her words mixed up and ends up mangling the message. Despite this, her sisters and mother know her well enough to be able to easily decipher what she actually means, affectionately referring to it as “Dizzy Speak.”
