Lucy Izumi is one of Skye's distant cousins, Goddess Izumi as bared numerous children from many males of her clan, as a result most of her children and grandchildren can be born with blue hair and or orange eyes, not always, but any Izumi child born with Blue Hair and or Orange Eyes, 100% have Goddess Izumi's blood in them, the only confirmation they are Izumi's children, Grandchildren or descendants.
