[Reference Sheet] SARS
I haven't really planned to make a reference sheet of Sars because he was never supposed to be a character that I wanted to share with other eyes, but the need to draw him and himself with my human has grown to a point where I just required a final established design. Otherwise, I would have never finished things... and I wanted to draw what I saw in my dreams at least for once. For those who have missed or not seen the first drawing I made of Sars, he is basically a dream figure that has "revealed" itself to me plenty of times already, and whenever I ask to see more, I get to see more. The ship itself was the most recent dream. Two times was I introduced to the exact same design to perceive the best of it. The current design is closer to how I saw the bipedal self of his, especially the two spherical sensors at the tips of his head were an unforgettable detail I just didn't add to the first design.
The dreams with Sars are the only dreams I remember very clearly... as if I am supposed to remember them in purest detail. All other dreams which are unrelated to this being or the Architects feel empty, like "dreams". But it's odd, really... I can interpret as much as I want in this, it's different to the dreams I have with the Architects, but the truth behind Sars is unknown to me. All I know is that I haven't tried evoking these dreams, and they happen in such a frequent manner that it almost feels "timed" when they happen. All of these dreams are cryptic but share the same similarities. Especially when I wake up, I first have to rewind what I have actually seen, heard, and experienced... but for some reason, I understand. I understand what the message behind each of these dreams was and is. It is symbolic, alien, and incomprehensible - and that is the feeling, the sensation that thrills me from the thinnest hair tip to my toenails. I've heard the language... and I didn't understand a word I heard. Its mechanical voice when the ship was staring at me with its red light, face to face. It didn't feel like I was in the presence of a machine, it felt sentient, it felt like it had a spirit. But I felt secure... at ease. The same feeling I perceived when I was introduced to his "true face" a long time ago, the same feeling I have felt when I sat inside the car, the ship itself even. He seems like a protector of sorts... perhaps he is an angel. That would be pretty cheesy though. But I do not doubt anything. Being open to everything beyond is what I have learned, in order to see the most. I am not Christian, nor religious. I question a lot, and rarely believe in the things I see. But with this it's... different.
Anyway, I have grown quite fond of Sars. To the point where it almost seems like he is part of what I am, or at the very least, my mind. I embraced these dreams the first time I had them and instantly got addicted. I do not play as him in roleplays, nor do I pretend to use him as my character or a character at all. All of this is kept between me and my love Xenomorph-Evil , who now occasionally plays as Sars in personal sessions for reasons that are kept between us. I have a lot more to tell, about the dreams as well as Sars himself, but that is for the drawings that I may or may not do in the future. Or for questions, if you are curious to ask...
Enjoy.
