Rosa was born in Hisui she when she was a pup grow up around the waters of the Cobalt Coastlands she found it peaceful and was proud that a Noble was a Arcanine how ever her life would change when she was Capture by the Galaxy Team hero she form a blond with him really fast and become very loyal to him and was given the name Rosa and once he found her a fire stone she evolve into a Arcanine with her master by her side she battle many of the Noble pokemon she got to face Dialga and Palkia even stoping the Sinnohan who open the space-time rift to get the plates so he can meet and subjugate Arceus with her master and geting to meet and battle Arceus himself with the hero catching him she was loyal to him and was willing to do any thing for him and her power show she was not to be mess with when she not with him she be walking around Jubilife Village playing with the kids and young pokemon as well as helping guard it form any who dare do the Village harm

Becomeing the Holder of plate of Plate of Flame

After the fall she gone around helping pokemon of the world in her travels she meet a Lapras name Nessie who she helped and as thanks she become a diaper for rosa so she could see more of the lands a lot easier and thanks to her Ability Water Absorb she can heal Rosa if hit with water moves with this Rosa no longer has a 4Xs weakness to water after that she end up ruining into a Group of pokemon she was shock by it size as it could be it own kingdom there she meet a Calyrex who was leading them who crown have become a diaper and his Glastrier was a diapercritter he told her his name is Ramus a kind pokemon who been looking after the pokemon under him as most was pokemon who family's come form the days when he use to rule a kingdom back in the old world when humans was still around but lost his kingdom to a war many years before the fall of humans other pokemon he pick up long way to give them a home and care for them when no one would and dreams to one day make a new kingdom one where all pokemon are welcome and can live in peace move by his words she feel it best to join him and starting work for him when crown reef was later formed she become one of his royal guards

Being coming Veil guard and ride pokemon
as time pass Ramus would have many kids most he found and taken in but one rose got the closest too was Veil she known her even since she was a baby and the two form a strong bond all ways being nice to her and playing with him Ramus feel it be best if she become one of veil guards and when ramus teach his kids how to ride pokemon Veil choice was Rosa to be her mount and when Veil started dateing mona she was one of the first to keep her Secret about her gender after veil married mona 3nd she move to tuttlereef with Veil to keep doing her as her guard being highly rank and being on pair with guards like zazzy and mec of course she much more powerful then what let have everyone Believe

Swia war
When the war for Swia happen Rosa join as well she fight in many battles offen haveing Veil ride her into battle she never show any fear when faceing the enemy and may who face her become fearful of her because how strong she was

After the war
Once the war was over she gone back to her job of being Veil guard keeping a watchful eye on her and her family and ready to do battle and keep her safe
