This is Serp in a Snivy form.
there's not too much else to say here, though it has cemented what i wanna do with him slightly.
recall when i mentioned the band allows him to transform? well, it mainly lets him switch between his different evolutionary stages.
he's primarily going to be in Serperior form, but might switch to Snivy or Servine form if the mood strikes him.
