First of all: If you haven't played Winds of Change, I HIGHLY suggest you to do so! It is a very heartwarming fantasy Visual Novel, with professional voice actors and breathtaking music.
In this game, you can have multiple romantic partners, and sometimes they do talk about each other exactly about that, something I found very open-minded and interesting in a story-telling perspective.
Additionally, there is a in-game mechanic called Parallel Chronicles,where you have a glimpse of what other characters are talking / doing in your absence and in another place. Therefore, I wanted to write a little fan art regarding two characters (Ulric and Fortaime) talking about their romance with the main character.
