Insignium is the sort of dragon I always wanted to see in a more realistic style, so the list of artists I would've commissioned a picture of him was relatively small, made even smaller because the artists tend to be closed or busy with a ton of other comms.

Always been a fan of Deriaz's work, and I'm glad I managed to catch a commission when I did. He's super nice and chill, and if there's another artist I would always recommend supporting, it would be him. They do a fair bit of anthro and muscle stuff as wellwhich is also quite neat.
