this is bugging me somewhat.
I realize this is probably not a dangerous spider to me, as with most spiders if you just don't pester them they'll leave you alone.
mostly I just can't seem to identify this dude and they're really common there's like 3 of these guys wandering my apartment at any time of the year.
they seem to be pattern less even when I've shone a light on them atm I feel it's like some sort of grass or wolf spider but I just don't know because any image of those online have some sort of
pattern or are much less hairy than this guy is.

Including legs? Well, I think that either the female Scotophaeus scutulatus (European) or a small, male trapdoor spider would fit the description. Though the former would be invasive, even if I haven't read about it being sighted in the US. In both cases though, they're non-aggressive and shouldn't be a venomous threat unless you're allergic. But even if it'd try to bite, the fangs wouldn't penetrate through the skin far enough. Nonetheless, handle with care!
Seems to be a Scotophaeus Blackwalli aka Mouse Spider

hmmm. well you can leave it be and hopefully it won't bother you. or like I like to do... get a respirator and a few cans of bug spray and fumigate the entire place. close everything and let it "bake" for a couple hours. go shopping or something in the mean time. ventilate well after.
