I've been collecting <a href="http://www.monsterhigh.com/">Monster High</a> dolls since the end of this summer. For those who don't know, they're a new line of "fashion dolls" based on Hammer Horror and other classic monsters.

Draculaura a "vegan" vampire, is 1599 years old, and has, it is implied, only recently given up the blood.

I figure that it'd take a pretty big emotional breakdown to change the habits of centuries. My pet theory is that she went into a bloodlust and accidentally killed someone dear to her, maybe a lover. This picture depicts the aftermath of such a murder, as the weight of what she's done sets in.
