So this is that Alolan Raichu I was talking about. He's based on a Max Raid Shiny A. Raichu, named Pancake, from Pokemon Sword.

Obviously living in Alola all of his life, he is a good fighter, but is very lax about it.

His family of 'Chus run a long-standing restaurant, and is best known for the best pancakes in the region.

He and Zuri fought one day and the Luxray woman had a crush on this dopey eyed mouse ever since, particularly because he very cuddle-prone.
