Given Zeb being a warrior whom has seen a lot of darkness in his past with what happened to his world and his people, tickling would be the best means for interrogating him. Doesn't really matter how tough you are and it's a kinder method really even with a lot of laughter involved.
With Zeb walking on his toes and having prehensile feet, I imagine his soles would be softer and more sensitive than you might think so he likely would be very ticklish there.
