Homemade cookie bottom rainbow cake
A wonderful cake that brings a smile to any birthday bachelor/bachelorette’s face, especially this one for my dad’s 59th!
Here’s how I did it:
1-took a box of rainbow bit cake mix and prepared as stated on box
2-lined bottom of 2 8-inch pans W/parchment paper (trim the edges as so not to burn!) and laid down a bottom base of ready-to-bake cookie dough (use pan on your hands as to not get so sticky) then evenly distribute cake batter into pans
3-bake at 350f for 35 minutes or until toothpick is removed clean W/no sticky residue, then remove from oven to cool for 10 minutes
4-frost and decorate W/icing and toppings of choice and serve!
