The second member of Shadows group: Victor, heir of flames.
Like his leader, Victor takes on assassination contracts and completes them to the best of his abilities. With his element being fire, he can freely control any fire in his vicinity. He is a great option for a large scale massacre, like burning down multiple facilities, covered up as an unfortunate fire-breakout.
His abilities allows him to completely turn into fire. Making him invulnerable to fire. And to any physical attacks. However, if one is able to bypass his ability, he will respond with faster reflexes and more destructive moves. He is also more vulnerable to water than a fire Pokemon would be. So keep that in mind.
Other than that, he is a great chef, cooking meals for his friends. But more surprisingly, even after 100+ years of killing, he still has a soft spot for women. Enough to spare woman he is meant to murder? No. He would still his female target, if necessary. He would just prefer to give her a fast, painless death instead of a slow, painful one. So, that’s something, right? Well, at least his targets, regardless of gender, get to die fighting. Stabbing someone in their back, catching them of-guard, killing them in their sleep? Not something Victor would like to do.
More recently he picked up videogames, specifically ego-shooters. Since he has a lot of free time.


Ever since he tried to burn down an entire country a few centuries ago, he was sealed away into a prison specifically designed for him. With his conscious active he had numerous decades to plan his revenge. To reflect on himself. To go over the mistakes again and again.
Once Shadow freed him, brought him back to this world, Victor joined forces with Shadow. Keeping it low and rediscovering the world. Until he would be certain he could burn down everything. Over time this motivation faded into obscurity, as he became friends with the other members of the group and discovered the benefits he now has.
