To be honest, I didn't know this was a tribute to Ray Liotta, Tommy Vercetti's voice actor in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, who had passed away yesterday, until I went online to search for who he was. However, regardless of how sad what happened to him, the way this lady, who is very pretty by the way, wears here could be considered a good tribute to him; great work. :3
