Ugh, first of all, I hate the suit, and the color of the 'plasma'. The gold and orange should be swapped or something.

Second, this is mostly a concept pic of Rigel's powers: Plasma Generation. He absorbs energy from the sun and is able to create similar energy from his own body. Think something similar to DC's Starfire or Nickelodian's Danny Phantom in what he can do with the energy. Energy blasts, energy constructs, and so on.

The suit is probably going in the trash.
