hmmm it is in the base`s rules that one cannot do customs on base, plus I myself don`t know anathomy well enough to play with extra limbs on someone elses base (as in, only learned how to draw extra pair of arms like a month ago x)
but if you yourself wanna draw him with such changes or commission to someone, I do not mind at all, any changes/use as long as design is recognisable
