Bio: This familiar-looking Redipharon is named Devlimp. He's Qarinah's younger cousin and apprentice. Due to his age Devlimp views Morph as his eternal rival. Most of his plans involve childish things (toys, candy, tv shows) to be used for evil. Sometimes it is to help his cousin's army while most of the time it is for his own benefit. Either way, depending on the plan, Devlimp can be a big treat or an annoying nuisance to everyone he meets.

Age: 15 (in commissions he's 18)

Personality: Bold, energetic, mischievous, pushy

Powers
Pyrokinesis: Devlimp can generate fire from his mouth. However, since he is untrained he can only shoot fireballs for now.

Force-Field Generation: Using his special belt, Devlimp can generate a force field around him protecting him from anything. The force field will be active for thirty seconds but it takes five minutes to create another one.

Sound Wave Manipulation: If he seems like he could be in trouble Devlimp will make a loud scream which stuns everyone around him. He does that if he needs to escape but he hates using that move (it hurts his throat).
