That's a really awesome idea! It's making me think, though...the more I look at it, the more I worry that it will cause her back pain. It's going to want to stay put when she walks forward, so it will tilt toward her front, pulling down on the fore strap. She'll kind of have to hunch her haunches as if she were curling her tail under her in order to keep that from happening--and keep it up.
If I were designing it, I'd want:
* a body-rest platform, so the weight isn't on her legs.
* a paw-rest near ground level so that her legs are in a more natural position.
* a rigid frame that goes over her croup and under her forechest, with a strap from forechest to withers. That would provide leverage to keep the wheel from slipping out behind her.
Please forgive me for overthinking your most excellent picture, though. I love her expression.

Nice. But I feels sorry for her. She looks shy/depressed. Maybe (and stop me if I'm wrong), there is someone off screen and she just wishes that she could fit in.
