Copycat’s power is that he, as his name implies, is able to copy the powers of other super individuals. In this situation, it seems that he has copied the powers of Ella from the Mighty Twins, whose power allows her to grow large in size!
So, here we have a gigantic Copycat looming over Adventure Bay, making it his own personal playground!
