How should I explain myself..

Yeah I have been away from here in 6 months now, but I have my reasons of course, and it's nothing that I flag with, but I want my watchers and friends to know what I have done these months..

As I have said before here, I suffer from manic depression, disturbances/anxiety and sleep problems. So i have spent this summer at the psychiatric clinic and having 6 different pills nowdays becouse of my diseases, so i took a break from the reality in other words.

Nowdays I live in a psychiatric apartment, which means that I have my own apartment but staff that visit me sometimes in the weeks, they help me out with cooking food, clean my den, hunting for food and.. see if I am still alive. I get pretty tired during the days from my pills, so I can't do this things alone. So I spend a lot time alone in my apartment with just a little knowledge from the reality.

So, this is the biggest reason for being away for such a long time, but I did't have any internet either untill now again, so I will try to be online here more, and stay in touch with my friends. I hope to hear from you soon again my dear friends.
